How To Use

1. Open one packet and remove the strips from the backing liner.
2. Apply the gel side against the teeth and align close to the gum line.
3. Press and mould the strips securely into place.
4. Leave on for 20–30 minutes.
5. Remove the strips and rinse your mouth with water.
