Luxsmile Affiliate Programme Terms

1. Joining the programme

Applications to the Luxsmile Affiliate Programme are subject to approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Luxsmile may approve, decline, suspend or terminate an affiliate account at its discretion.

2. Commission

The standard affiliate commission is 10% of qualifying referral sales unless a different rate has been agreed with Luxsmile. Commission is calculated on eligible product value after applicable discounts and excludes shipping, taxes and other excluded charges. Higher commission rates, bonuses or other rewards may be offered to selected affiliates at Luxsmile's discretion.

3. Referral tracking

Qualifying referrals made through an affiliate tracking link are tracked for 30 days. Approved affiliate coupon codes may also be used to attribute qualifying sales. Where attribution cannot reasonably be verified, Luxsmile is not obliged to award commission.

4. Affiliate discount codes

Personalised affiliate codes remain the property of Luxsmile and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, affiliate customer codes cannot be combined with other Luxsmile discounts or promotions and may be restricted to selected products. Affiliates must not publish codes on unauthorised voucher, coupon or cashback websites.

5. Self-referrals

Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases or otherwise create referrals primarily for their own benefit. Artificial, duplicate, fraudulent or manipulated referrals are not eligible for commission.

6. Orders, cancellations and refunds

Commission is payable only on valid qualifying sales. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, unpaid or otherwise invalid orders do not qualify. Luxsmile may withhold or reverse commission relating to such transactions.

7. Payments

Approved commission will normally be paid monthly using a payment method supported by the programme. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any personal tax obligations arising from affiliate earnings.

8. Promotion and advertising

Affiliates must promote Luxsmile honestly and responsibly. Affiliates must not use misleading advertising, spam, unsolicited messaging, false reviews, impersonation or other deceptive promotional methods.

Affiliates must not bid on, purchase or otherwise use “Luxsmile”, Luxsmile trademarks, brand terms or confusingly similar terms in paid search advertising without prior written permission.

9. Product claims

Affiliates must use accurate product information and must not make misleading, unsubstantiated, medical or guaranteed-result claims about Luxsmile products. Where Luxsmile provides approved product information or promotional guidance, affiliates should follow that material.

10. Affiliate disclosure

Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their commercial relationship with Luxsmile where required by applicable advertising, consumer-protection or platform rules. Promotional content should make clear when the affiliate may receive commission or another benefit.

11. Brand and content use

Luxsmile logos, product images and other supplied promotional materials may be used only for legitimate promotion of Luxsmile during participation in the programme. They may not be altered in a misleading manner or used to imply that an affiliate is Luxsmile itself.

12. Product samples and gifts

Products, samples or gifts may be offered to selected affiliates at Luxsmile's discretion. Receiving a product does not guarantee future products, increased commission or continued participation in the programme.

13. Programme changes and termination

Luxsmile may amend commission rates, eligible products, discount arrangements or these programme terms. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Luxsmile may suspend or terminate participation for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, misleading promotion or conduct that may reasonably harm the Luxsmile brand or its customers.
